I’m proud to lead a third-generation State Farm agency that has been serving the community since 1978. Insurance has always been a part of my life - my grandfather was a State Farm agent, and carrying on that legacy has been both an honor and a privilege. Today, our agency consists of six team members who are committed to providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our customers.
Community involvement is an important part of who we are. We actively participate in local events and maintain strong relationships through various Chambers of Commerce and community organizations. We believe that being involved in the community helps us better serve the people who trust us with their insurance needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensación $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
